Scope of Greater Faridpur Irrigation Area Development Project (Phase 4) From the financial year 2019-20 to the financial year 2023-24 in these 5 years, the process of modernization of irrigation activities at marginal farmer level is ongoing in every upazila of Gopalganj district. Also, construction of irrigation infrastructure related to irrigation activities such as construction of irrigation canals, construction of pump houses, re-excavation of canals, construction of water drainage canals, construction of hydraulic structures, installation of low-lift pumps etc. are completed and ongoing.
